Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to be thrilled with your jewelry.  If you need to return your item, please notify me within 5 days of tracking stated delivery by emailing me at contact@mistyseastudio.com.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the item must be returned in NEW CONDITION in the original packaging and within 10 days of the tracking stated delivery date.  Returns will only be accepted in the original gift box and in unworn and undamaged condition. 

Please return the item by an insured and trackable method, preferably through USPS Priority Mail.  Please return the item to:  Misty Sea Studio, PO Box 102, Plattsmouth NE 68048.

Due to the handcrafted nature of my jewelry, items that are not returnable include: Custom orders/made to order items, earrings (worn or unworn), rings that have been ordered in an incorrect size, sale items, or any item that has obvious signs of damage or wear.

When packing your return, please also include a copy of your original receipt, your name, address, phone number and email in the package, so I can credit you correctly.  Once I have received and inspected your return, I will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs for the return are not refundable.  I will also notify you by email upon receipt of the return and again upon processing of the refund.
