RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. If you wish to return your item, please notify me within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will only be accepted in the original gift box and in unworn and undamaged condition. Please return the item by an insured and trackable method, preferably through USPS Priority Mail.
Items that are not returnable include: Custom orders, earrings (worn or unworn), rings that have been ordered in an incorrect size, sale items, or any item that has obvious signs of damage or wear.
When packing your return, please also include a copy of your original receipt, your name, address, phone number and email in the package, so I can credit you correctly. Once I have received and inspected your return, I will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs for the return are not refundable. I will also notify you by email upon receipt of the return and again upon processing of the refund.
If for some reason an item is delivered to you in a badly damaged shipping box, please contact me immediately with a photo of the shipping box, the packing, gift box and item so I may determine whether or not the item has been damaged during shipping. If the item is damaged, I will pay for your return shipping of the item and refund the purchase price and the original shipping fee.
Please be sure of your ring size when ordering rings. If you don’t know your size, you can have your size checked at a local jewelry store. Please keep in mind that a ring with a wider band needs to be anywhere from a half size to a whole size larger than a thinner band. I want you to be happy with the fit when you order.

We all can get a little over-zealous when polishing our silver pieces, yours truly included!! It is possible to accidentally polish off the dark patina in the recesses of the silver piece depending on its style . If this happens and it needs to be fixed, please contact me and I will do my best to re-patina the item for you. The cost for re-patination is $10 plus my shipping cost back to you. Please note that certain gemstones or cabochons may unfortunately prohibit the ability to re-patina the item.
If for some unfortunate reason, your item requires a repair within three months of purchase, please contact me at email@example.com or (402) 798-1913 to discuss repairs.
