Returns & Refunds:
Your satisfaction is important to me, and I want you to love your jewelry. If for some reason you need to return a piece that is not custom made, please reach out to me within 10 days of receiving your jewelry in the mail. Returns will be accepted if communicated to me within this window on jewelry that is still in the original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
All shipping fees are excluded from refund, and the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If you are returning an item over $200, you must return your item via USPS, or other appropriate carrier, with insurance and tracking. All items lost in transit and any insurance filing will be the responsibility of the sender.
Returns should be mailed to A. Rutar, PO Box 102, Plattsmouth, NE 68048. Please do not indicate Misty Sea Studio on the shipping address, as doing so will make shipping your items less secure.
When packaging your return, use the same box and packing materials your items arrived in. If the original packaging is unavailable, please make sure to use a large enough box that will accommodate adequate packing protection as to not incur damage to the jewelry item. Include a copy of your original emailed receipt, if possible. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and email in the package, so I can credit you correctly. Once I have received and inspected your return, I will refund the purchase price. I will also notify you by email upon receipt of the return and again upon processing of the refund.
Please contact me by email at contact@mistyseastudio.com or text me at (402) 885-9078 to let me know the name of the shipping carrier and date your item has been mailed. Not contacting me with this information will lead to delay in your refund.
All custom jewelry is non-returnable. Gift Cards are also non-returnable.
